Chimichurri
Ingredients
½ cup of Olive oil
½ cup of Wine vinegar
½ cup of Finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon of Finely chopped garlic
¼ cup of Chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon of Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon of Ground chili
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, finely chop the parsley, garlic, basil, and pepper.
Step 2 : Add oil, lemon juice, and vinegar until covering the chopped ingredients.
Step 3 : Add salt and pepper to taste, and adjust the seasoning according to preference with more vinegar, salt, or pepper if necessary.
Step 4 : Seal the jar and refrigerate.
Step 5 : It is recommended to refrigerate for one or two days before using to enhance the flavors.
