½ kilogram of Yellow corn

1 cup of Milk

3 Eggs

1 Chopped onion

3 tablespoons of Fat/oil

300 grams of Criollo cheese

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Step 2 : In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until foamy and smooth.

Step 3 : Then, add salt, pepper, and milk, and continue beating until all ingredients are integrated.

Step 4 : Incorporate the corn into the mixture and mix gently but steadily.

Step 5 : Heat a skillet over medium heat with the fat and cook the onion until transparent.

Step 6 : Once ready, let it cool slightly before adding to the mixture.
