Ingredients

1 tablespoon of Olive oil
200 grams of Provoleta cheese
1 pinch of Oregano
2 Cherry tomatoes
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 200°C and brush a cast-iron skillet with olive oil.
Step 2 : Place the slice of provoleta cheese in the prepared skillet.
Step 3 : Bake for 5 minutes with top and bottom heat, then activate the grill mode to brown the top.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, chop the cherry tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5 : Once the provoleta is golden and crispy, sprinkle with oregano and serve with the tomato mixture and fresh bread.
