Ingredients

1 kilogram of Corn

1 cup of Milk

150 grams of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by grating the tender corn and then mixing it with a little milk and an appropriate amount of sugar.

Step 2 : Next, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer in an iron pot, stirring constantly.

Step 3 : Once the mixture has thickened, spoon it onto two crossed tender husk leaves, which give the dish a special flavor.

Step 4 : Then, wrap the packages from the ends and tie them with strips of fresh husk.

Step 5 : To preserve them for several days, store them in baskets.

Step 6 : After cooling, the packages dry out and acquire a consistency similar to that of bars.
