1 kilogram of Thick slices of sirloin

2 Onions

2 Carrots

1 Bay leaf

Chopped parsley

1 Garlic clove

1 kilogram of Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, thin cuts are made into strips of onion and carrot.

Step 2 : Then, in a pot with a little heated oil over medium heat, add the vegetables, covering the bottom of the pot.

Step 3 : On top of the vegetables, place the slices of sirloin, avoiding overlapping to ensure even cooking.

Step 4 : Once the meat is placed, repeat the previous step with onion and carrot to form a new layer, until no more sirloin or vegetables remain.

Step 5 : Next, add the seasonings to the stew and let it cook for a few minutes.
