Ingredients

6 Sirloin steaks

300 grams of Mozzarella

9 Ripe tomatoes

3 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Oregano

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Chopped, peeled, and seedless tomatoes are placed in a wide skillet.

Step 2 : Add the finely chopped garlic, oregano, black pepper, salt, and 5 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 3 : Cover the skillet and cook over high heat for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : In another skillet, heat a little oil and cook the steaks for 1 minute on each side.

Step 5 : Then, cover the steaks with sliced mozzarella and distribute the tomato sofrito over them.

Step 6 : Cover the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, or until the mozzarella melts.
