250 grams of Ricotta

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the dough, process the flour with salt and butter until it reaches a sandy texture.

Step 2 : Then, gradually add water and knead.

Step 3 : Let the resulting dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4 : Next, butter a 22 cm diameter tart pan, roll out the dough, and line the mold.

Step 6 : To bake the crust, cover with aluminum foil and beans, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.

Step 7 : After this time, remove the foil and proceed to fill the tart.

Step 8 : To prepare the filling, cook the broccoli until tender but firm, avoiding it from breaking apart.

Step 12 : Bake the tart for approximately 20 more minutes, or until the cheese begins to melt and turn golden.
