Grilled Grouper Tower with Vegetables
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Grouper (4 boneless fillets)
4 Small eggplants
4 Small zucchinis
4 Medium pear tomatoes
4 Fresh medium mushrooms
2 Cloves of garlic
80 milliliters of Olive oil (4 tbsp.)
Salt, pepper, and chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1 : The fish fillets are sliced in half and seasoned with salt and pepper.
