Ingredients

4 Mackerel (500 grams each)

500 grams of Ripe tomatoes (3 medium)

50 milliliters of Olive oil (2 tablespoons)

2 Garlic cloves

1 Thyme sprig

10 Coriander seeds

200 milliliters of Dry white wine (1 cup)

1 Lemon

150 grams of Black olives

Salt, pepper, and chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by cutting off the head and gutting the mackerel. Then wash, dry, and cut into thick slices.
