8 Sirloin fillets

1 Breadcrumbs

6 Eggs

1 pinch of Salt

1 Pinch of pepper

1 Pinch of oregano

1 Splash of oil for frying

8 Slices of ham

8 Slices of mozzarella cheese

1 cup of Tomato sauce

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by seasoning the meat with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Step 2 : Once seasoned, coat it with breadcrumbs for breading.

Step 3 : Next, beat the eggs and dip the fillets in the mixture, then pass them again through the bread crumbs to ensure the coating.

Step 4 : Then, heat the oil in a skillet.

Step 5 : Once hot, fry the fillets on both sides until golden.

Step 6 : It’s important to set them aside on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
