Potato Pie
Ingredients

1 kilogram of Potatoes
½ kilogram of Ground beef
1 Onion
½ Bell pepper
2 Garlic cloves
1 Bouillon cube
Garlic powder
Paprika
25 grams of Butter
1 Splash of milk
Nutmeg
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by cutting the potatoes into cubes and boiling them with salt.
Step 2 : Then, chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
Step 3 : In a pot or skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
Step 4 : Once the onion is translucent, add the meat and continue sautéing while breaking it apart with a spoon.
Step 5 : Season with salt, add the bouillon cube, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 6 : Cook the meat for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 7 : Meanwhile, prepare a mashed potato with the boiled potatoes, adding butter and milk.
Step 8 : Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper.
Step 9 : In a baking dish, place a layer of mashed potatoes as the base.
Step 10 : Then add the meat over the mashed potatoes (letting it cool slightly), and add another layer of mashed potatoes on top.
