4 River salmon fillets

1 tablespoon of Spicy curry

2 Lemon juice

½ cup of White wine

100 grams of Butter

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

2 Grated or processed garlic cloves

Saffron threads, as needed

Bay leaves/spices, as needed

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious spicy salmon fillet dish, first preheat the oven to medium-high temperature.

Step 2 : Then, place oil, white wine, bay leaves, and 1/2 tablespoon of spicy curry on a baking tray.

Step 3 : Season the salmon fillets and place them on the tray with the skin facing up, cooking for 7 minutes.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, melt the butter in a copper saucepan over low heat.

Step 5 : Add the rest of the ingredients, especially the spicy curry, while constantly stirring to form a yellow, creamy sauce.

Step 6 : After the cooking time, remove the salmon from the oven and peel off the skin, which will come off easily.

Step 7 : Then, serve each fillet on a plate and top it with the previously prepared curry cream.
