Facturas

Facturas, typical of Argentina, combine dough of Austro-French origin with Italian techniques. Their dough is sweet and airy, with a toasted and crunchy crust. Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

To enjoy delicious facturas, it is important to properly mix the ingredients and let the dough rest so it doubles in size.

Then, shape the facturas into triangles and roll them like croissants, or create snail shapes with strips of dough.

Before baking, brush with egg and sprinkle sugar to achieve a golden and appetizing finish.

Enjoy them for breakfast or snack time.
