550 grams of Water
100 grams of Lard
20 grams of Fine salt
50 grams of Yeast
Preparation
Step 1 : On a flat surface, form a ring with the flour and place the salt on the outside of the ring.

Step 4 : Let the dough ferment in a bowl covered with plastic wrap or a cloth for about an hour, until it doubles in size.
Step 5 : Then, release the air from the fermented dough with your hand, directly on the table, shaping it into a rustic round loaf and allowing it to rise again.

Step 7 : The bread will be ready when it is golden on the outside and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Step 8 : Serve hot so that everyone can enjoy it.
