Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
250 grams of Strawberry
200 grams of Sugar
5 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 cup of Water
1 tablespoon of Glucose
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the strawberry jam, wash the strawberries and remove their stems.
Step 2 : In a bowl, mash the strawberries together with 100 grams of sugar and water.
Step 3 : Then, place this mixture in a saucepan over low heat, adding lemon and the remaining sugar.
Step 4 : Stir constantly to prevent burning, and cook until the mixture pulls away from the bottom of the pan.
Step 5 : At this point, add glucose and continue cooking over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Step 6 : Once ready, let it cool and pour into a clean jar.
Step 7 : Seal the jar and keep at room temperature for about 8 hours, then refrigerate.
