Ingredients

1 pound of Beef

1 pound of Goat meat

1 pound of Pork

1 ½ pound of Chicken

1 pound of Smoked pork chops

1 pound of Smoked pork ribs

½ pound of Ham or chorizo

4 Lemon halves

1 tablespoon of Grated garlic

4 tablespoons of Oil

2 Large chopped green chilies

2 Large onions

½ teaspoon of Oregano powder

½ teaspoon of Cilantro

2 Chicken broth tablets

2 teaspoons of Vinegar

2 teaspoons of Tabasco

1 pound of White yautía

1 pound of Potatoes

½ pound of Auyama (squash)

3 Green plantains

2 Corn on the cob

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious stew, place the beef in a pot along with the herbs, garlic, vinegar, salt, and spices.

Step 2 : Mix everything to distribute the ingredients evenly.

Step 3 : Heat oil in an aluminum pot, add the goat meat, and stir.

Step 4 : Cover the pot and wait one minute before stirring again.

Step 5 : If the mixture begins to stick to the pot, add a few spoonfuls of water.

Step 6 : Repeat this process for 20 minutes, then add the pork and cook for another 15 minutes, adjusting the amount of water as needed.

Step 7 : Add the remaining meats and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 8 : Then, add 1/4 gallon of water and bring to a boil.

Step 9 : Next, add the yautía and the two sliced plantains, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 10 : Grate the third plantain and add it to the pot along with the remaining ingredients, adjusting the water if necessary.

Step 11 : It’s important to stir the mixture regularly to prevent sticking.

Step 12 : Cook until the last ingredients have softened and the stew has thickened to the desired consistency.

Step 13 : Adjust the salt if needed to enhance the flavor.

Step 14 : Finally, serve the stew hot accompanied by white rice and slices of avocado.
