Buenos Aires Soup
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Sausages
1 kilogram of Potatoes
1 Carrot
1 Onion
3 Celery stalks
½ kilogram of Peas
1 teaspoon of Paprika
1 tablespoon of Oregano
3 Eggs
1 cup of Milk
½ teaspoon of Pepper
1 teaspoon of Aji no moto (MSG)
1 Beef or chicken Maggi cube
3 Garlic cloves
Preparation
Step 1 : Slice the celery stalks thinly, cut the carrots and potatoes into half-moons, and julienne the onion.
Step 2 : In a pot, add a tablespoon of oil and heat it.
Step 3 : Then, add the chopped garlic, onions, carrots, peas, celery, and spices.
Step 4 : Next, add 1½ liters of beef broth and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5 : After this time, add the sausages sliced into thin coins and the potatoes, cooking for another 10 minutes.
Step 6 : Lightly beat the eggs whole with a fork and pour them into the soup in a very thin stream.
