Ingredients

1 Onion

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 can of Corn kernels

1 liter of Cold water

1 Corn cream soup packet

Ground black pepper

1 pinch of Paprika

1 Red chorizo

1 Bunch of scallions

Preparation

Step 1 : Chopped onion is sautéed in hot oil until transparent.

Step 2 : Add the corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3 : In another container, dissolve the corn cream soup packet in cold water and add it to the previous mixture, stirring continuously until it boils.

Step 4 : Let it cook on low heat for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Then, season with ground pepper, paprika, and mix well.

Step 6 : Wash, dry, and chop the scallions.

Step 7 : To serve, place the soup in individual bowls, add pieces of chorizo and toasted bread triangles, and sprinkle with chopped scallions.
