Ingredients

500 grams of White fish

1 Onion

1 Celery

1 Leek stalk

2 Carrots

2 cups of Fish broth

Olive oil

2 tablespoons of Lard

1 Egg yolk

½ cup of Cream

1 teaspoon of Dill

50 grams of Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

250 grams of Toasted bread

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare fish soup, start by chopping the onion and slicing the celery and leek into thin strips.

Step 2 : In addition, it’s important to chop the carrots somewhat thicker.

Step 3 : Next, heat the olive oil and lard in a pot and sauté the onion, leek, celery, and carrots.

Step 4 : After adding the fish broth, season the preparation with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for about half an hour.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, carefully clean the fish, removing scales, skin, and bones, leaving only the white flesh.

Step 6 : Then, cut the fish into pieces and add them to the soup.

Step 7 : Add the dill and cook the fish soup for about 20 more minutes.
