1 Garlic

100 grams of Red bell peppers

400 grams of Tomatoes

150 grams of Cucumbers

50 grams of Onion

3 Slices of bread

50 milliliters of Olive oil

25 milliliters of Red wine vinegar

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Vegetable broth

100 grams of Cream

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this refreshing soup, start by peeling the cucumbers and cutting them into pieces.

Step 2 : Next, cut the tomatoes into chunks, remove the crust from the bread and cut it, take out the seeds and internal nerves of the garlic and chop it, and finally, peel and chop the onion.

Step 3 : Then, process or blend the cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil, vinegar, bread, and peppers.

Step 4 : Add a bit of vegetable broth and process the mixture for a few minutes.

Step 5 : Season to taste with salt and pepper, then process the soup again.

Step 6 : Deciding whether to strain the soup or not depends on your preference and willingness to work a little more.

Step 7 : Add the cream to the mixture and blend well.
